The 1921 Perth Carnival was the fourth edition of the Australian National Football Carnival, an Australian rules football interstate competition. It was the first carnival to take place in Perth and was won by the home state, Western Australia.
It had been seven years since the last championship due to the war and just like with every carnival to this point with the exception of Sydney, the home state finished unbeaten. Western Australia defeated the VFL in their game at Subiaco by five points, with the VFL's Collingwood forward Dick Lee missing a set shot 40 metres out in the final minute due to a gust of wind dislodging the ball as he attempted a place kick.

Western Australia's carnival winning side, who were captained by William 'Nipper' Truscott, also featured Bonny Campbell, Wal Gunnyon and future Sandover Medalists in Harold Boyd, Tom Outridge and William 'Digger' Thomas.
